Your Library and the files Pufy makes

Find what you uploaded and the files Pufy made for you.

The Library keeps the photos and files you sent and the files Pufy made, such as Word, Excel, CSV, Markdown and text files.

Open your Library

1. Open the menu (top left), then tap the gear button at the bottom left to open Settings. Tap Agents settings.
2. Tap Library.

A chat's own files are also in the agent's sheet: tap the agent's name at the top, then Media, Files or Links.

Good to know

• Files are kept 30 days. Save the ones you want to keep.
• Tapping a file card opens a private link that works for 1 hour.
• Your data download lists your files and the text Pufy read from them; download the files themselves from the Library.
