Chat, photos and files

Send photos, documents and voice questions, and what you can do with a reply.

Attach something

1. Tap + next to the writing field.
2. Choose Attach Image, Take Photo or Choose File. On iPad and Mac you can also drop files on the field.
3. Add your question and send.

Limits

• Up to 4 photos and 3 documents in one message.
• Each file up to 10 MB. A PDF can have up to 200 pages.
• Photos, PDF, text, Markdown, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CSV files.
• Up to 40 uploads a day.
• A scanned PDF with no text in it cannot be read.
• Files are kept 30 days in your Library.

Photos and files are part of Pufy+.

Under a reply

• Sources: the pages Pufy used.
• Share and read aloud.
• Thumbs up or down, so Pufy can do better.
• Report as offensive or harmful, if a reply crossed a line.

Cards in the chat

Some answers come as live cards: charts, checklists, news, events with Add to calendar, and files. See Live cards and Home.
