Download your data or delete your account

Get a copy of everything Pufy holds about you, or erase it all.

Download my data

1. Open the menu (top left), then tap the gear button at the bottom left to open Settings.
2. Tap Profile, then Download my data.
3. Save or share the file.

It is one JSON file with your account, agents, chats, approval cards, memories, notes and their versions, to-dos, connectors, skills, goals, automations, projects, price watches and ratings. Your files are listed with the text Pufy read from them; download the files themselves from your Library. Sign-in secrets and service sign-ins are never in it.

Delete your account

1. Open the menu (top left), then tap the gear button at the bottom left to open Settings.
2. Tap Delete account, then confirm it's you.

Deleting is immediate. Your conversations, what Pufy knows, your Library, Pufy's computer and everything else are erased. Connected services have their access revoked. This cannot be undone.
