Agents, groups and mascots

Make more agents with their own name, mascot, voice and personality, and put them in groups.

Pufy is your first agent. You can make more. Each agent has Pufy's brain and tools with its own name, mascot, personality, voice and chat.

Make an agent

1. Open the menu (top left).
2. Tap New, then New agent.
3. Pick a mascot and a name. A name is one word, 2 to 20 letters A to Z. Its chat opens.

Change an agent

1. In its chat, tap the name at the top.
2. On Information, change the name, the mascot and its colours, and the Role.
3. Under personality, set the Base style and tone, Custom instructions, Fast answers and Library search, and pick its voice.
4. Under Tools and accounts, choose what this agent may use.

Make a group

1. In the menu, tap New, then New group.
2. Choose 2 to 8 agents and, if you like, a name.
3. Tap Create.

In a group one agent answers each message. Type @ and an agent's name to choose it; otherwise Pufy picks the best one. Agents can hand a task to each other, up to 2 times for one message.

Good to know

• You can have up to 20 agents.
• All your everyday agents share one memory.
• In the menu you can search, switch between list and grid, and pin agents to the top.
• Delete an agent from the menu. Pufy, the first agent, can be cleared but not deleted.
