Notes and to-dos

Ask Pufy to keep notes and to-dos, and find them in Settings.

Pufy keeps your own notes and to-dos. Ask in your own words, for example "note the wifi password for the cabin" or "add a to-do to call the dentist on Friday".

How saving works

• Pufy saves notes and to-dos straight away, without an approval card, because they only touch your own data in Pufy.
• The reply shows a card with Undo, for 7 days.
• After reading a web page in an answer, Pufy will not write notes in that same answer. It offers to save instead, so a page can never plant a note.

See and edit them

1. Open the menu (top left), then tap the gear button at the bottom left to open Settings. Tap Agents settings.
2. Tap Notes or To-dos.
3. Tap New note, search, or open one to edit it. Check a to-do off, or give it a due date.

Version history and trash

• Each note keeps its last 50 versions. Open Version history on a note to restore one.
• Deleted notes stay in Trash for 30 days, then they are gone for good.

Limits

Up to 2,000 notes and 1,000 open to-dos, and 25 MB of notes in all.

Reminders

On iPhone, iPad and Mac, Pufy can also read your Apple Reminders, and add or tick off one when you ask. On Android, Pufy cannot reach your phone's reminders; use Pufy's own to-dos, or the Todoist connector.

Pufy's note tools are part of Pufy+. Your notes and to-dos stay open to you on the free plan.
