Projects and sharing

Give a piece of work its own agents, files, instructions and memory, and invite people.

A project keeps one piece of work apart: its own agents, instructions, sources and memory.

Make a project

1. Open the menu (top left), tap New, then New project.
2. Give it a name and an icon or picture. Choose a single project, or a company with departments such as Marketing and Finance.
3. Write instructions every agent in the project follows.
4. Add sources: files, text, links, or Google Drive files and folders.

Share a project

• Invite someone by email. They join with the code you send them, from Join a project in the menu.
• Give each person read or write access. Someone with read access sees "You can read this project, not change it."
• Up to 20 members. A member can tap Leave at any time.

Limits

• 20 projects, up to 3 of them companies.
• 8 agents and 50 sources per project.

Good to know

• A project's memory is separate from your everyday memory.
• Deleting a project deletes its agents, chats, sources and memories.
• Project agents are not reachable from the API.
