What Pufy remembers, and how to erase it

See, change and erase Pufy's memory, or turn learning off.

Pufy remembers what you tell it and what it learns over time, so you do not have to repeat yourself. You can see all of it and erase any of it.

See what Pufy knows

1. Open the menu (top left), then tap the gear button at the bottom left to open Settings. Tap Agents settings.
2. Tap What Pufy knows.
3. Tap a memory to change it, or delete it.

Choose what Pufy learns from and can do

On What Pufy knows:

• Pufy learns from me: the main switch for learning.
• What you tell Pufy: learn from what you say in chats. Turning a source off also erases what Pufy learned only from it.
• What Pufy can do: switches for Messages, Calendar, Reminders, Contacts, Notes and to-dos, Browsing websites, Price watches and Making automations.

In Settings, General, Capabilities: Search and reference chats lets Pufy look back at earlier chats when it helps.

Erase

• Erase everything Pufy knows erases your memories and what Pufy learned. Your switches stay as they are. This cannot be undone.
• Delete all conversations deletes every message but keeps your agents and your memory.

Good to know

• All your everyday agents share one memory. Each project has its own.
• Memory is never read or saved in a temporary chat.
• Memory is part of Pufy+. If Pufy+ ends, learning stops and what was learned is erased 90 days later.
• To tell Pufy about yourself directly, use Personalization in Agents settings.
