Messages from Pufy and what to do

Daily limits, cards that ran out, files that are too big, and more.

Limits

• "You've used today's messages with Pufy." You reached your daily questions. They reset at midnight UTC. See Pufy+ and daily limits.
• "You've reached today's voice limit." Pufy writes instead until tomorrow.
• "You've used today's 2 hours of Pufy's computer." It resets at midnight UTC.
• "You've sent a lot to Pufy today." The daily upload limit is 40. Try again tomorrow.
• "Too many requests. Try again in a minute." Slow down a little.
• "That is part of Pufy+." The tool you asked for needs Pufy+.

Approval cards

• "That card was already answered or has run out." Cards wait 15 minutes. Ask Pufy again for a new one.
• "That card changed after it was made, so it was not done." Nothing was done. Ask again to get a card with the new details.
• "Payments by Pufy are not available yet." Pufy does not pay for things. Pay yourself.

Files

• "Files can be up to 10 MB, and a PDF up to 200 pages." Send a smaller file or part of it.
• "Send up to 4 photos, 3 documents and 1 voice question at a time." Split it over two messages.
• "This document has no text Pufy can read." It is probably a scan. Send photos of the pages instead.

Something else

• "Pufy is resting right now." Pufy is paused for a short time. Try again later, and check status.pufy.app.
• "Pufy is resting now: your parent set quiet hours." See Teens and family.
• "Pufy took too long." or "Something went wrong." Try again. If it keeps happening, check status.pufy.app.
• "You can have up to 20 agents." Delete one first. The same goes for 5 API keys and 10 automations.
